Suggest that dad not pay off car with 401K until house is sold.  He has the monthly mortgage and cost of selling his house to address first.  The car payment is minimal in comparison to the expense of the house.

OMG! You guys are amazing! You drove all day and yet still had the energy to do your tasks. Once you all left I slept through two movies! Alot of fun but not used to all THAT fun. LOL
